Max in a Flat File

Can I get a Max value in a flat file then get the rest of the data in that row for this max value using DTS/SSIS?

Flat file format

Col1,Col2,Col3,Col4
1,A,N,C
2,DD,EE,FF
99,23,U6,N9

Resultant set should be 99,23,U6,N9

Got a work around. And the answer is in SSIS forum with the subject "Flat File Source -- Max Record Details
