I have a report that is approximately 7 pages long, with parameters to select a state and year. It runs fine except for one state. I get "Maximum processing time or maximum records limit reached" error. My management console is set up for 25000 records, and the report pulls up 13,700 in Crystal development, so I don't think that is the problem. Is there a way to increase the processing time allowed? It doesn't seem slow, and I have other reports that are much more involved, so I am a little surprised at this one.

Thanks.

Hi,
Can you run the query using that State directly against the data source? How long does it take to return the first records? Sometimes it can be long enough that CE's Idle Connection Time limit kicks in, because it 'thinks' there has been no activity.
