Was wondering what the max hard drive size can Redhat 7.2 Handle.

Shoulkd be determined by the kernel. Larger than I can afford anyway :).

I'm running kernal 2.4.20-28.7

Is there away and ifso how to update my kernal.

I'm a newbe and need to place a bigger drive in my server. I'm looking at 80 or bigger gig dirve.

Chris

I think the max partition size is 2TB, so you're not likely to have that problem.

To upgrade, visit kernel.org. Personally, I'd visit centos.org and upgrade the whole thing to a current release.
