I'VE A PIX 515R 6.2 32MB, ABOUT 150 USERS BEHIND, THEY CONNECT TO A REMOTE OFFICE A SQL SERVER, SOME USERS CAN'T CONECT TO THE REMOTE SERVER. IF I DO A "CLEAR XLATE" THOSE USERS CAN CONNECT BUT OTHERS CANNOT, SO I MUST RUN "CLEAR XLATE MANY TIMES A DAY". WHAT IS THE MAX OPEN CONNECTIONS THA PIX CAN ACCEPT, IT'S POSSIBLE TO INCREASE THEM? PLEASE HELP

It sounds like you are using a static NAT pool instead of PAT.

Are you using PAT? Please post your global and nat commands.
 
The PIX is a 515R:

nat (inside) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0 0
nat (sonda) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0 0

global (outside) 1 200.27.56.10
global (sonda) 1 interface
