Max. agents able to log into skill set is 20?

Hi all, have a BCM 400, 3.7 with Call Centre, in skill set can only log in 20 agents, is this the limitation or is there a setting to increase this?

The amount is determined by your Keycode. If you want more you need to buy another Keycode

That's the base limitation with pro call center. Basic call center gives you 10 active agents. You can add more "active agents" via keycode as acewarlock mentioned.
