MAX 6000 problems, need help ASAP

Hello. For about 5 days now I am having connection isues on both of my MAX 6096's. Customers are getting slow connection speeds, are not able to connect or get dropped after a few minutes. Running modemdiag I get here is asample output. Could some one please help me with this. The carrier claims they see nothing wrong with the circuits.
