Please explain when you use the IMPORT SCRIPT , how should the Excel file be formated? I realize it is a CSV file, but I get error and it never imports.

What is the format?
Please explain in detail.

Thanks

Margo Rogers

In order to import in Mach Script editor you must first create a blank moch script and export it. Then you can open it up in exel and cut and paste or ad to it. Then you save it and import it back in.

Hope this helps.

What I like to do on a big Job is ge an excel list of every body's name and extention. Then you can do alot of clicking and pasting with Mach Script for differen't commands.

I find you'll need a blank a space in the fourth column. Then save as csv. Click yes to remove all formatting, when you close the file, do not save!!!

Or you could use notepad to create the CSV, use the folowing format for true csv;

"command","fd","sd"," ","description"

Then excel is so much easier with fill down, cut and paste.

Hope this helps
