MatworX to IVS2 through a serial-IP term server

I'm attempting to connect to an IVS2 across a LAN using a Lantronix UDS200 External server connected to RS0 on the CPU and Lantronix com port redirector software on the PC. Connecting directly from COM1 to RS0 on the CPU with the factory cable works fine. Running another application from the PC through the redirected com port to the Term server works fine (Co-sessions to an AD-8). Attempting to run MATWorX through the com port redirector to RS0 on the CPU won't connect. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What version MATWorx?????
If you have an AP01 with CC01 card you can make an IP connection for MAT via these cards. You also need 2200 series software or higher.
