MATworx to DND

I have an extension which is in DND mode.When the extension is called there is a busy tone. If a caller calls from a readout phone DND appears on the caller's screen.I have used #8 to cancel but it does not work. How can I use MATworx to cancel DND? We have ips2000. i have CM manual but hard to follow. Can anyone help?

You cannot cancel DND with the MAT. Check your access codes for one set as A023. Go off hook and dial it. If this is a MLT without a display, you could temporarily plug in a phone with an LCD then cancel it using a soft key.

Try going to the phone and press Speaker #8. If the system is using default programming then this is the code to cancel DND

It's working again-grh959. I off-hook, pressed #8. I tried this earlier but it did not work..don't know why.
