We have recently inherited to mantain NEAX 2000 IPS with NEAX Mail AD40 Voicemail unit.

Where can I get and Download the MATWorX software to remotely access the system

MatWorx is not available as a download. You need to order from a NEC Dealer. While you are at it get Co-Session software for your AD40
