matworx 32 cannot connect with 2000 ips by mat cable

hello, i have problem in connection from laptop by serial ( com1 ) built in and nec-neax 2000 ips by mat cable - windows 7 ( ultimate ) i cannot connect. however no problem connect by lan, please find solution thanks

Try running the MATWORX in WIN XP mode.

and the cable mat is working in other computer.

note: connect by lan cable is working normally in win. 7 in labtop.

I have matworx running on a windows 7 machine with no problem. have you tried connecting using another terminal emulation program like hyperterminal or tera term to prove the comms connection?

I try testing serial RS232 on laptop ( com 1 ) it is normal working in same cable matworx the data ( smdr ) is display on hyper terminal

I think the problem in the configuration between 2000IPS & computer,


can your provide me with map cable matworx internal
