We have 50+ 2000ivs2's all with matworx 3.5 on all at site computers. I think I heard that matworx 3.5 may be free software now. What I need to know is if their is a place on line or someone who knows how to use an old copy to reinstall on a computer that the HD took a dive. Like I said , we have alot of copies and the key disk if needed,I did try uninstalling one from an old computer that we through away but it did not work,key disk failed. Any help would be appreciated.

MATWorx Studio 3.5 is discontinued. The only version still available is MATWorx 3.61 SP4.
MATWorx 32(IPS) is free with every new system purchased from NEC. It supports IPS and IVS2 but NOT IVS.
The only reason you need to keep a copy of the Studio product would be for product registration.
You should be able to get a copy of MATWorx32 from your dealer. NEC part number 0221400. I believe it is farely inexpensive. It also does not have that horrible license key rubbish that hardly ever worked on Studio when uninstalling.
Also remember database backups using the Studio product are NOT reliable. You stand to see a good 50/50 chance of failure.

Also where could I get a list of commands that I can enter at the actual phone

What CM's are you looking for? There's only a few thousand which work together to assign 700 + features. Try the Command manaual. All CM's entered via the terminal can also be entered via the phone.
