Hi,
You want a crosstab report. I wrote an FAQ that describes how to set one up. See faq703-2868

hi.. ive tried the crosstab query.. but the thing is... i still want it to show the columns and rows that doesnt have data in it... but crosstab doesnt want to show them... is there any way that i can make this happen?

Hi,
It all depends on the Join Properties in your query. Simply right click on the line connecting your tables, particularly the one that has all the entries you want to include. Then, select the Join Properties option. You will see 3 different choices written in plain english. Pick the one most appropriate to your situation.
