Matrix GSM Gateway

Hi Guys,

Having an issue with a GSM gateway. The IPO 500 v2 is connected to the GSM gateway via an E1 connection (PRI). System Status shows all trunks in service.

If we add line appearence keys and dial a mobile then the call works fine.

We setup a test short code of #N/Dial/N/10 10 being the line group ID for the E1 connected to the GSM gateway, but calls will still not route.

Calls inbound from the GSM ring in no problems so we know the PRI connection is fine.

Has anyone else put the Matrix GSM on an IPO and did you do anything in particular to get it to route out?

Is #N what you have as the SC? If so you may just need to add a ; to the end. Better yet create a full SC like this -

SC - 6105551212 (Or whatever a valid telephone number is)
FT - Dial
TN - 6105551212
LG - 10

I tried the whole number in the sc adn TN, same result.

I tried creating a SC of 999 then TN (my mobile) but same.

IPO just comes back with Call Rejected.

I have seen the trace from the GSM and the digits are being sent. it just appears the GSM doesn't know what to do with them.
