I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum - if so, would someone point me in the right direction!
I need to create a virtual station/extension on a 6501L switch so that our CTI server using CSTA can start a monitor. The documentation doesn't cover that except to say it is possible. Our server is communicating correctly and making extensions ring and so on - we just need to be able to route calls from outside to the virtual extensions so that the CTI can handle the calls!
Can anyone tell me how?
