Material Variance calculation

I am investigating an unusually large Materials Variance calculation,
but need help understanding how the tables are used in the calculation.
Can anyone give me an idea of where I could start? I see the production
numbers and they appear to be in order... so I would imagine it is an error in
one of the Std numbers.

More info is needed. What data or report were you looking at to determine there was a very large variance?
