material requirements by period report

I have searched over hundreds of websites looking for an answer to a crazy problem I am having with the Material Requirements by Period Report. I have all pages printed out perfectly EXCEPT the last page... it seems to cut off my quantity min/max for my part ordering list... but ONLY on the last page... any ideas?

Is this the cobol report or the crystal report? I would try the crystal report if the cobol report isn't displaying properly or vice-versa.
