Hello all,

I am still fairly new to CR, so not sure if you can even do this.

I would like to have two columns. Col 1 would be a unique list of all possible widgets. But, sometimes a new widget may be added and I won't be able to manually add it to a parameter list. Col 2 would be a calculated total that is done by a stored procedure on one of the widgets. The sticking point for me is figuring out how to make the stored procedure calc. in col 2 line up with the correct widget from Col 1.

I am using CR 8.0 Dev ed.

Any ideas, suggestions, and/or hints would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

Clarification...

I want the Stored Procedures to work off of the widget name. The stored procedure is the same for each except that the procedure would be passed the widget name and find the correct calculation based on that name and other preset parameters. does this make sense? Is it possible to make multiple calls to a SP using different a diff input parameter each time?

thanks again,
John
