Hello, I am taking over a Nortel CS 1000E at the end of April and one of the first things I feel I need is a complete list of DNB (which I already have in excel) but I also want to add DID to the list. So I was wondering if there is a prt to match DID numbers to the DN or TN?

Your DID will be the same as your DNB, unless you don't have the specific Ext built on your switch or using an IDC table to direct a DID to another number.

if the numbers do not match.. ld 49 prt idc..

you may see more then one table, if so, prt your rdb for your inbound, idc yes, the next two entries refer to the idc dcno table

dj4020, yes we are using an IDC table to direct DID numbers... I don't know why.

Thanks johnpoole I have the list matching DID to extensions, ld 49 worked.

the most common reason for idc is a mismatch of numbers.. the office is sending 4 digits, i have 3 digit ext.. or i get a new did group, 1st digit 9..
