I have a report that contains three subreports, the subreports contain sales information on products, what i want to do is match up the products that are in the subreports, for example if they appear in more than one subreport i would like them to be highlighted, im not sure if this possible due to the fact that you would need to pass information between subreports.

Cheers

Sharing the information is not difficult...you just use "shared" variables.

Comparing arrays can be complicated but is doable

Yeah, i can bring the data out into the main report using variables, and arrays but if its possible which i dont think it is, how can i cross reference products in the subreports, and if they exist in the other subreport then they are highlighted bold.

Cheers

You are going to have to layout your report structure.

You would have to do all of the data collection first from the subreports and then in a footer of somekind do the number crunching....It would not be hard to tell where the data was coming from....variable array names would do that
