Recently our CS1KM on 7.6 started spitting out MAT003 every now and then. The actual error is "MAT003 User: IP addr: 0.0.0.0". We have several other sites on 7.6(CS1KM's and E's). None of those site are turning out MAT003's. Does anybody know why this happens. Any insight into this issue would be appreciated.

Retry later when existing user logs out or is forced off by an
administrator.
Severity: Minor

Probably worth investigating what that IP address is and why it's trying to log in. Also do a "who" to see what sessions are active.

If I remember there was an issue back on an earlier release that Nortel issued a patch for but that should have been rolled up into your current version.
