Mat worx not connected through PC

We are using ips 2000 and the Mat worx has been installed in PC.We have been connected Mat worx previously.Now we have also installed Billing software in the same PC and it is being worked out.The problem is... now the Mat worx is not connected. we have changed the ports and tried but it is not connected. Is there any programme to be done for this... please advise

matworks will work in only thorugh port-0 from mp, if you are using port - 0 for smdr it will not work for the matworks. u can use internal modem for matworks from an analog station.
