mat 6.67 not synching

swapped a terminal type from 2616 to 2008, the phone works properly as 2008, but sync status is not getting updated

did a selective retrieve and also a reteieve all ...did not fix that. is that a bug or am i doing something wrong?

If you do a retrieve on the TN, does it come back as a 2626 or 2008. If it comes back as 2616, then the changes MAT sent failed. If you open the transmission window, what errors does the switch give when your doing the change. A 2008 will work on a port programmed as a 2616.

the customer had tried changing this using MAT and was not working ...
so we had logged in and changed it manually (ld 10)...

we're trying to recreate the problem and fix it ...

Did he out the 2616 first and then make a new 2008?, you can't just change the type.
