Master Password to access all domain log-ins

My Boss is convinced there is a "master" password that he can use to log-into everyones computer with their username, and this "master" password.

I would only see many security problems arising from such a thing existing.

Does it?

No.

You can change a users password and logon as them but that's all.

He could be referring to the domain administrator account. By default the domain admins (to which the domain administrator) group is a member of the local administrator on all machines in the domain (unless security is modified accordingly). So this is possibly why he thinks one master password can logon to all machines.

But he can't log on as any user with some "special" password.
