Master password on panasonic NS500

I have important question and always my consumers ask me about it i assume i have forgotten password panasonic ns500 and i can not to do reset because i don't have backup what can i do ?
do you have master password override all password ? because the some Competitive products products have master password

Switch off your KX-NS500, unplug from the wall socket and take out the SD Card.

Use the KX-NS500 Maintenance console (offline) and read the password from the DFSYS file.
