Master page customization

Hi, I have inherited a product catalog in Pagemaker that needs to be modified. On the Master Page - they have vertical tabs on the side that indicate a product section
in the catalog i.e. Plaques, Trophy Parts.

Can anyone give me tips on how to edit these vertical tabs
or remove them???? THANKS!

hi,

at the bottom of the pagemaker window you see a number of pages and als the masterpage as an icon.
There is a R or L marked.
Click on those pages and you will go to the masterpage, now you can edit everything that is on these masterpages.
