I would love to see such a document but it would probably be hundreds of pages!
Seriously though, I used the Crystal help files extensively when I was learning crystal, or for that matter I still do when I use a rarely used function. The content is very good.

There are lots of tools to convert a CHM file, so you can convert your help files to HTML or whatever if that helps (here's one such):
