Master Copy of an Interdev Application

Hi,
I am a beginner in Interdev. I have a question regrading the Master copy of an interdev application.
- Does Interdev decide where to create the Master copy? or is that decided by Front Page Sever Extensions?
-How do I control where the Master copy is being placed?

My problem is that it creates the master copy of my application and places it within another application.

Any help would be much appreciated.

My understanding is that the Master application is created within the InetPub\

http://wwwroot

directory on the server you selected. If the Virtual Root points to 'D:\InetPub\

http://wwwroot\"

and you create an application called 'MyApp', it should be placed in 'D:\InetPub\

http://wwwroot\MyApp\'.

I haven't checked this out, though, so it could be wrong.
