Master Category List Management

I'm running a Win 2000/Exchange 2000 server with XP Pro clients running Outlook 2002.

Is there any way to centrally maintain the Master Category List? I know in the past (before we used Exchange) we had to either export/import or copy over REG keys, but surely Exchange offers a way for an admin to do this without all the hassle?
