Master browser error 1

Hello I have been getting the following error on a Server I use to run backups.
The server has windows Server 2003 SP2 installed.

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer xxxxxx that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{F4D0E177-604E-4535. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

I have checked the ipconfig settings on the local machine that is causing this error and the settings appear to be correct- the subnet mask etc.

Is your error Event ID 8003? If so, see if anything in this link applies.
