master and child package

Hi all...I am new here and to SSIS as well...
I have a master package running several child-packages.
child-packages are stored in SQL. The problem is that even though configuration are the same for all child-packages some of them will run perfectly if called from the master package, others have to be stored in file system otherwise will fail...why? Do you know?

Haven't seen this problem but I only deploy to file system. Much more dynamic under a file system deployment. I would look at using package configurations that way all packages pull from the same configuration.

What is the error message you get?
