Master Agent is busy...for two weeks 2

I tried setting up a backup for my CCM 6.1. But now when I try to go back into the Disaster Recovery System and click on the back up I set up...it just keeps showing:

"Status: Unable to process request, master agent is busy"

How can I clear this and try to set this up again?

restart the drs services.

Where is that under? I only get into the CCM every now and then. Thanks for the help!!

pretty sure he means DRF (Backup and Restore Services)


it's under Control Center - Network Services.

probably easier for you to just bounce the box
