Massive issues between CV and Overland NEO 8000

I have an Overland NEO 8000, with 12 HP LTO4 fiber channel drives (zoned on SAN fabric, driver version 1.0.6.1) that I use to dump Aux Copies to as well as some direct-to-tape backups.

I've had continual massive amounts of issues with this library. I'm not sure if it's the library or CommVault or an inability for the two to communicate with each other.

At this point I have cases open with both Overland and with CommVault, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with Overland libraries and CommVault playing nice together?
