Mass Mailing

I am running exchange 2000 and wanting to do some mass mailing to our customers. Can someone recommend a way to accomplish this?

Uh... define Mass .. 10, 20, 100, 1.000, 10.000, ... ?

There are solutions for everything, but a real massmailing may be overkill, and you don't need Exchange anyway. But, that 'may' fall into the spam category!

We will be sending around 10,000 emails.

Then use any marketing software and leave your Exchange out of it.
That many addressees falls quickly under spam. In the hope it isn't, set the marketing tool to send directly to the SMTP of your host, not the Exchange as you may be blacklisted faster than you think!
Search google for some, there are plenty!

Mail Merge in Word is easy for that level of emails though Marc's suggestion is very valid - 10,000 emails makes you a spammer.
