you tell me, what's the "mass approval process" of which you speak? What are time cards - are they perhaps bits of cardboard with times written on them?
What's a workflow where you live? Where I live (near Willy Wonka's factory) a workflow is a special sort of chocolate.
Can you give us the whole picture of exactly what it is you're trying to do, and what the problems are that you are experiencing?
