Masking Internal Caller ID in CCM 6.1.2

The post I am referencing is from Feb 08. We have the same issue, but the check box referenced is not on the DN form (not surprising since it is CCM 4.2).

I would like it to show a different number than the phone's true extension number. Anyone know how to suppress the actual DN from displaying when you call that phone (in CCM 6.1.2)?
