Can anyone tell me how to mask broadcast messages on a File server. I can turn it off at the server level so the server will not issue messages but it seems that the client (3.1 sp2) picks up an out of space messages and pulls it down to the workstation. Short of putting send /a=n into a login script I cant figure out any way to stop this happening. Apparently this solution will not do - Beancounter logic at work here. Any other suggestions??????

You can do this two ways:

1. Go into MONITOR and into SERVER PARAMETERS. Select FILE SYSTEM and set VOLUME LOW WARN ALL USERS to OFF

2. At the console, type SET VOLUME LOW WARN ALL USERS = OFF -----------------------------------------------------
"It's true, its damn true!"
