We have anynomous incoming hotline DID number where we don't want to see the caller id information of the outside caller. Anyway you can think of to mask that from showing? I can for internal using the CoR option but doesn't work for external. Thanks in advance!

Mask/remove incoming CID for a number

If I'm not mistaken, you can send these calls through a hunt group, (not VDN) and it will show the hunt group number instead of the incoming CID.

You can try this. Make an extension to cover to your group. See if that mask it.
