Mas90 through Citrix not working

I am running mas90 through a citrix connection on a Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server. Some of my users are able to connect just fine, however for some of them, double clicking on the Mas90 icon does nothing. The hourglass turns and it looks like it is trying to run, but nothing happens. I have been told that setting a mas90fid value in the environment section of "My Computer" properties will fix this. Again, I have done that, but still am having the same problem. Any suggestions?

Just a simple question for you: Are their shortcuts set up exactly the same?? Right click on the shortcut and click properties and check the target path. Also, can you browse to that target path while logged in as that user??

I prefer to use batch files for all my users on citrix. You would just have to change the second line of this file and enter your file server name. This is what mine looks like:

net use x: /d
net use X: \\fileserver\mas90dir
set PVXFID0=
X:
cd\mas90\home
start x:\MAS90\HOME\PVXWIN32.EXE ../launcher/sota.ini ../soa/mas90

Thanks, actually I figured out the problem. Turns out our citrix users were disconnecting instead of loggin off. Their mas90fid's were still registering when they tried to log back on. Thanks for the tip though.
