MAS90 4.10 is installed on a domain controller and being accessed through Citrix sessions. Occassionally and without warning a users MAS90 screen will just disappear. We had the same problem with 3.71. When the user tries to get back in they get a message saying it is already running. We have to go into Task Manager and end process on the pvxwin32.exe in order for them to log back into the program. This has happens with all users sporadically.
