MAS90, Memo Field

I need help regarding the Memo field in MAS90. The module is A/R > Invoice History Inquiry. There is an option to add a memo to an invoice in Invoice History Inquiry. I save the memo without a problem, but none of the other users are able to see the memo. Can the setting be upated somehow so other users can view the memos? Also, when running Crystal Reports from my computer, only my memo pulls through not the other users. Any suggestions?
