mas90-labor has not been activated for this cost code

I am in a new month for payroll. I have alreaady done a regular payroll. Now I am doing a union payroll. When trying to enter a cost code for shop labor it is telling me " Labor has not been activated for this cost code" Is it possible that it actually has something to do with my union payroll software and not MAS90?
