A job that was created last year and is marked as open does not reflect all the costs and billing associated with the job and I cannot figure out why. When I look up the invoices (costs) indeed the job number was entered correctly and when I pull up the billing, it too had been populated with the correct job number. Why doesn't these costs and billing appear in the job when viewing Job Maint or Job Inquiry nor do they appear in the Detail Transaction Reports or billing Reports. The future button is not available and the job costing module is updated to the current period. Any suggestions????
