Mas90 and upgrade to win2k Printing check problem.

I have several machines that I upgraded from win98 to win2k Pro. After upgrading half the machines we noticed that on the machine that we upgraded when trying to print checks, the process would start, but when accessing the info from crystal it would talk about 1 minute. Before it would take only 2 or 3 seconds. I also noticed that the machines running WinMe were also having the same issue. I have had our sage vendor in and they said it was ram. I upgraded the machines to 256mb and they are pIII 700Mhz machines. Nothing on the server side has changed. They are also running 3.7 of Mas90 and Win2K sp3 with all the security releases.

Try looking at the print drivers. I had a similar problem with a crystal report, not checks though. The printer was an HP, but I had to use a generic print driver to get the speed back. KSAP
