mas200 with Citrix problem

I'm operating with MAS200 through Citrix 1.8. Citrix is started on a computer with Windows 2000 server. Operation with MAS200 goes correctly, but windows of MAS200 from the task bar disappear sometimes or by the call of a window of search - the mistake is given out, or without a mistake - the window of search simply is not displayed. Sometimes, at standard actions unusual mistakes were desplayed.
At work with MAS200 without Citrix - all works correctly.
Does anybody know how to rectify this?
