mas200 new users have no rights...please help

So i have an older version of mas200 i'm not very familiar with mas200 but theres a problem. Im trying to add new users but when i add them they are added but they don't have access to anything. I have followed all the instructions to give them rights and i assigned them to a group and everything but still they have no rights. We upgraded to mas200 from mas90 a couple of years ago i think the upgrade wasn't done right because all the old users still have there rights but you cannot change any of the setttings for users, you change them but they stay the same is there something that needs to be rebuilt or a security repair utility or something...thanks

Security in older versions could get corrupted. In version on the 4.0 standard security is a lot easier and less prone to getting corrupted. Note that you have security both by inclusion and exclusion. It is possible to setup one person so that all others are excluded. You will probably need help from an experienced reseller.
