MAS200 Logon screen

When we log in to MAS200 on a Windows 2000 machine, the logon screen is not the active screen when it opens. Is there a way to fix this issue so the logon screen opens as the active window? This causes us to have to click on the window in order to log in.

This seems to be an issue for versions 3.5 and higher.
