MAS200 Inventory/MRP help please

I need to be able to see separate warehouses show up in the MRP rather than having to look in Inventory Inquiry.
I must receive parts once we take ownership overseas, the problem is they show in that warehouse in Inventory Inquiry but it does not show on the MRP Inquiry. We then transfer them once we have them physically here to our warehouse, then they show up on MRP, but..... we can be caught in a time period of 5-8 weeks were according to the MRP ( that I purchase from) we don't have any on hand!
Any ideas ???? I appreciate your answers and help!!!!
