Mas200 for SQL 3.71 Issues

Hello,

I'm about to install Mas200 v3.71 SQL Version on a Windows 2000 server with SQL Server 2000. I heard that it has some issues with SQL 2000, that it works better with SQL 7.0. Is this true? has anyone tried it with SQL 2000? anything else I should know before converting?

Any hint will be greatly appreciated
