Hi Tek-tips experts,

I remastered our Modular Messaging but during the re-installation of the template it stopped, although I thought that it was just taking time to install i left it overnight. After getting back early this morning to check the installation it said complete please see logs below, but when i accessed the MAS it was still not finished on installing MAS and saw Avaya Modular Messaging Config Wizard Running but was still unable to set system installation state.

can anyone help me on this?

kimo1986... a little more information. Why the remaster of the MM? Has it been running a while with issues or is this an installation not going well?

Looks like a system platform 5.2 MM installation. Is that correct? If so, what version are you using 1.1.1.x.x or 6.0.3.0.3? If the later, there is an Update 1 version that came out in April this year that was a fix for prior single server system platform issues. Are you using that version?

I saw this a while back to find that a single digit was incorrectly input on the MAS Windows Product Key.

I am having the exact same issue. Did you ever figure this one out? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

MM5.2 template MAS,MSS all update 1 (April 2011)

The patch 6.0.3.1.3 is not meant for the MM single platform server. This is only the CM patch.

The latest platform patch for MM should be 6.0.3.0.3 Update 1.
